My 14th Week

Hello everyone, it's me Logan. During the past two weeks I have been very busy learning about my environment. I like to put things in my mouth to see what it tastes like. My favorite things so far are my fingers, my mom's hands and arms, my dad's neck, and oh yeah the bottle. While Mommy and Daddy are away during the day, I entertain Grandma with my cooing and cawing. Sometimes I'm so excited for the day that I don't let her get a break. I can sit up on a high chair now. Here is a picture of me after a feeding. I'm very happy. Can't you tell?

First Halloween

Here is Logan's first Halloween costume, a little horsey. He is too cute for us.

3-month Birthday

Hi everyone, today is Logan's 3 month birthday. We can't believe that we survived 3 months already. He is becoming very active and vocal. He may look like his dad but certainly talks like his mom. He likes to tell us about the day he had with grandma when we get home from school. Logan also likes it when we sing and dance. We entertain him quite a bit on his diaper table. We will try to upload some video of him talking soon. This morning during morning yoga, he found his toes and was very curious about his feet. Pretty soon, he'll be sticking them in his mouth I'm sure.

First Three Months

I've finally gotten around to creating a blog for you all about Logan. I will try to post pictures as we go along. The one to the left is during his first month after a feeding. Please be patient as I learn this new procrastination tool. Highlights for you to know as of today:

10-13-09 Logan had his 2-month check-up. He weighs 14 lbs. 8 oz - yes you read correctly. He double his weight within two months and is within the 90% percentile. He is within the 50% percentile in length at 23.5 inches. His head circumference is 41.5 inches. Unfortunately he also had his immunization vaccines. Poor guy cried when they injected 3 shots, two on the left leg and one on the right. His thighs are cute and chubby. Will try to get pictures of those for you to see.

Also this week he has been sucking on his fingers now which is quite new. He loves tummy time and is able to hold his head up for at least 3 minutes without bopping back down.
